Lower Face & Neck Contouring | 3.5 Months Post-Op

Body Contouring After Major Weight Loss | 3 Months Post-Op
Losing a significant amount of weight is an incredible accomplishment, but for many patients, the journey does not end there.
After successfully maintaining his weight loss, this patient was left with excess skin around the abdomen, flanks, back, and chest that prevented him from fully enjoying the results of his hard work.
Dr. Anthony Nye performed a circumferential torsoplasty to address the excess skin around the entire trunk, along with chest contouring using VASER liposuction and Renuvion. The goal was to create a flatter abdomen, improve waistline definition, and achieve a more masculine chest contour.
Just three months after surgery, he has returned to his normal activities and is doing exceptionally well. His results will continue to refine as healing progresses, but the improvement in contour is already apparent.
At this stage, his scars are still early in the healing process and are expected to continue fading and flattening over time. Renuvion was also used on the chest, and the full skin-tightening effects typically continue to develop over the first 6–9 months after surgery.
When asked about his experience, the patient shared:
